Tjori — Incomplete refund process for order [protected] cancelled at Tjoris side

Hi,

This is to inform you that total amount paid for Tjori online order [protected] was Rs.3207, whereas only refund of Rs.1131 has been processed at Tjori’s end.

This prepaid order was placed on 27th June 2021, and was cancelled by Tjori citing pandemic impact on 14th July 2021.

Attached below is the screenshot of refund mail showing the discrepancy.

Extremely poor experience with Tjori, it was my first purchase, but the website logistics has discouraged me from purchase in future.
Also, there has been no reply on my subsequent mails and on other platforms.

Hope for a resolution soon.
It’s been past a month since this order was placed.

No refund processed for balance amount yet, and absolutely no response on follow ups.
