Tjori — No customer assistance

I got wrong product and regarding this i've send many mails and contacted tjori on instagram also i have message mansi gupta owner of tjori on instagram only but no-ones assisting me for my concern.
I want my refund for wrong product delivered.
This is so disappointing.
You mansi gupta and your team is not at all paying attention to what customer want and how to treat them.

This is a copy of the e-mail I sent them but have recieved no response.

Dear Tjori team,

I am writing to inform you that the order I placed on the 17th of July 2020 has still not been received by me. . The delivery dates are being constantly pushed back. Today it says Estimated Delivery :1st Sep, Tue

In view of your inability to honour this order I would like to cancel it and request you to please refund my money back to me. Please load it back on my credit card.

If your operations are not working properly due to present circumstances one can understand but you should then refrain from taking orders or be clear and transparent about delivery time lines.

I wanted to call you but there are no working numbers you have. That is very strange. Surely the owners have mobiles and they should be more responsible towards their customers. Besides, somebody is operating your accounts as I am getting the delayed delivery date updates. It leaves me with an uncomfortable feeling and I definitely want to cancel this order. You have mentioned in your return policy that you do not refund but I do want a refund as I am feeling tricked into having had to make that payment towards a defunct order.
