Tjori — Non delivery of product and no refund of money

I had placed an order for a kurti set on june 1st week.. the product was supposed to be delivered on 18th june then the cust executive told 23rd june then it showed 3rd july now showing 10th july.i raised a cancel request but tjori gave no response.

Same Experience. They will ask us to cancel the order for their in-capabilities for not delivering! and ask us to accept the voucher instead of refund !! Why do we have to accept the voucher !! and sure are we they are going to cater to our next order when they are not capable to deliver the one we ordered.

I THINK, IT IS A SCAM BY TJORI TO LOOT US IN THE NAME OF THE ORDER AND LATER NOT REFUNDING !!

WE ALL CONSUMERS SHOULD COME TOGETHER AND FILE A CONSUMER COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.
