Hi team,
I have placed an order in tjori online shopping store in the month of may and have not recevied the order yet. Though the covid-19 is considerable, the customer care is not providing any updates. They are also not agreeing to cancel my order to whih they say it is under terms and conditiions. I am receiving all kind of packages from new delhi to bangalore, but tjori says they are unable to ship. I do not need the product which is taking long time, i need this to be cancelled and the amount to be refunded. Was this information helpful? |
