Placed an order for a pair of shoes on 11.12.16 with this brand online. Expected date of delivery was 30.12.16. Order was not received till end Jan '17 so cancelled & requested for refund. Tjori sent email confirming refund of $126 but no refund till date. No response to emails or calls. Customer Service @ [protected] goes to an automated msg.

Orders product 2 weeks ago still no dispatched.
Wort shopping experience, I ordered baby bracelite of rupees 675 I got the product, after using it for half day bracelite started coming out thread by thread and i put for return and they issued me the coupon of 675. Again the next day I ordered for new one as I didn't want any other clothing or etc... to buy from their company. (They don't return money back for there worst product.) Now they themself cancelled the order and not receiving my call not replaying to my emails, no answer from WhatsApp.. cheaters... bloody people they are.. they cheat and earn
