I ordered a number of products from Tjori in July 2022. It is October 17th 2022 today and I have not received my order. I have followed up at least 15 times during this period but I get generic response of “your order will be shipped in 48-72 hours”. Email is the only option of follow up. They are not offering refund. Only vouchers. They can’t deliver my order; why would I want vouchers from them? Please help getting my money or my order. Was this information helpful? |
