Tjori — Refund not provided for a cancelled order.

I placed an order [TJORI.COM Support] Re: Order [protected] of a kurta pallazo set with Tjori on March 6th 2022, and I was given a due delivery date ofMarch 28th 2022. However by March 28th, forget delivery, i did not even receive a message that the order has been dispatched. On checking my order status at their website I found that the delivery date has been pushed by week (without informing me). On contacting their customer service via email (website says their customer service staff is all working from home so they don't answer call on the customer service contact number published on their website) I was told that there were some issues faced in procuring their raw materials and hence the delay, but now they have prioritised my order and it will reach me soon. Nothing of this sort happened and the due delivery date was pushed ahead another 4 times, each time by a week. As soon as one date crossed, they would update a new one that would be the week after. Finally on April 23rd 2022, after waiting a month and half for my dress, frustratedly i asked the order to be cancelled. The order was cancelled the same day and I was told that I would get the refund in 5-7 business days. Today is the 9th day and ther is no sign of the money. And the customer service has stopped responding to my emails.
