I ordered for a Kurta on June 05, Delivery date given was June 17, 2022
After consistent follow-up, below were the dates given :-
YOUR FIRST DELIVERY DATE WAS :- JUNE 17, 2022
SECOND DELIVERY DATE WAS :- JUNE 21, 2022
THIRD DELIVERY DATE WAS :- JUNE 24, 2022
FOURTH DELIVERY DATE WAS :- JUNE 28, 2022
FIFTH DELIVERY DATE WAS :- JULY 07, 2022
I waited patiently all these days. Today I get a response from Sanjay, that they cannot refund AS THEY DO NOT HAVE BANK REFUND POLICY AND WILL ISSUE A CREDIT VOUCHER !!.
I have waited enough for the product to be delivered. AND IT IS TJORI'S IN-CAPABILITIES THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED !! AND WHY SHOULD I ACCEPT THEIR VOUCHER WHEN I AM NOT EVEN INTERESTED TO SHOP WITH THEM AS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE ITSELF WAS SO BAD !!
I SINCERELY FEEL THIS IS A BIG SCAM BY TJORI AND THE FOUNDER. THEY TAKE MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT AND LATER SAY THEY WILL GIVE VOUCHER !
I DO NOT KNOW, HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE CHEATED THIS WAY. I SAW SO MANY COMPLAINTS ON GOOGLE FEW MINUTES BACK. I FEEL IT IS A BIG SCAM BY TAKING THE MONEY AND NOT REFUNDING.. NOT AWARE HOW MUCH MONEY THEY HAVE MADE FROM THIS.
SHOPPING WITH THORI IS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
I THINK, ALL CONSUMERS SHOULD COME TOGETHER AND FILE CONSUMER COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM!!
