Registration number is not valid
I registered my MSC IT in tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in, in the year 2018.

Date of birth - 09.06.1987
Name - K.ARUL SHEEBHA

My renewal year was May 2021. However I missed renewal during 2021. As per new G.O concession, I tried for online renewal now. But I am not able to login and getting the error message as "Registration number is not valid". Rather I am not able to reset the password also. Please help and provide the appropriate solution by replying to email id "[protected]@gmail.com". Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
