Dear SIR, I would like to bring to your kind notice that the irresponsibility of the staff (conductor) of Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation. I have traveled from tirusulam to pallavaram by using public transport categorised as white board. The conductor (who refused give name) was insulted me infront of other passengers. Let me explain in brief about the situation. As I am working at international airport in the NATIONAL CARRIER AIR INDIA AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES LTD, .I have finished my shift and waiting for the bus to reach pallavaram.the bus TN01 N4321 and bus code TA I 0268 reached tirusulam bus stop at 2115hrs then I got into it.Given Ten rupees for the ticket between tirusulam and pallavaram. .he immediately asked me to get down at the middle of the road and shouted at me and irately said I should get three rupees change to travel even though he had many changes as he was operating last trip. Unable to get down since very tired after doing 12hrs shifts and many flights handled. So requested the conductor that please don't give me change and give me only the ticket.then he accepted and given me ticket. But other passengers who traveled me along with me couldn't able to accept the situation happened and they gave three rupees to buy a ticket. Immediately the conductor replied that" EVAN KAASU KUDUTHALUM ENAKU KAVALAI ILLA ".In view of above information, I have decided to report to concerned officer but it is regret to inform the wording he used me to scold infront of others, your honour I would like to quote the words he used with your permission, "NEE ENTHA M***RUM P***NGA MUDIYATHU" Three times he used.That reflects and insisting that the ordinary people can not keep their rights and can not question permanent employee.In my life, all these years, my mother never used any of the worst language to scold me neither my family members nor my friends. Now I am really mentally upset and I could not allow myself into other personal and official work.I humbly request you to look into the matter and please ensure that will not happen again to make peopleS good will on the current regime. I want the conductor to apologize and take oath not to behave rudely to the passengers in written.
