TNSTC — Booked Ticket but no bus provided -Need Refund

Hi, I have booked my ticket on online for the date 01/05/2015 from Hosur to Madurai, but when i went to Hosur at 7 in the morning, i was shocked to hear that service of the semi deluxe bus which i booked has stopped its services one month ago and it was still in online for booking.I was really disappointed and i had no choice than to travel in other buses where i was standing for 5 hours in a bus which went to salem, then i took a bus to madurai.I kindly request the department to take necessary actions to refund the amount for me & also the other people who booked that bus & also that online booking service for that semi deluxe bus, which is affecting many people.
