TNSTC — Cheating at reservation counter / bus

Sir, / Madam On 03.09.2014 I myself booked tickets from Tiruppur to Chennai . Morning around 11.00 am. I went to Tiruppur Old Bus Stand Reservation Counter and booked the Tickets ( 2 full tickets and one half Ticket) they allotted seat no 17, 18, 19. and he informed me that computer is not working . and a slip given me with SETC round seal and amount paid by me Rs. 1100/- by cash. Evening 8.45 pm we took the Ultra Deluxe 9.00 p.m bus. Before entering the bus I was given the slip to the Conductor, and he permited to the bus and given the seats 17, 18, 19. After Starting the bus around 9.20 pm he(Conductor) issued the tickets Value 990/- ( 3 Tickets) That is 3 full tickets. I asked for the Balance Rs.110/- . he is telling it isa regular practice. And conductor told He was received Rs. 1000/- only. Sir, Why these persons are cheating others, are they government employees. Expecting your reply this regard.
