Sir,
I am Kannan i am travelling frequently from bangalore to salem and vice versa. On that day i boarded the bus on[protected] nearly 9:30 PM at bommanahalli bangalore. Once the Bus reached hosur they stopped the bus in hosur bus stand for more than 15 minutes.
In between when i asked driver why we are waiting more than 10 minutes in hosur busstand even the bus service is bypasss rider then he replied that no need to answer your questions and we will not tell all the timings and reasons for waiting to passengers and this is none of your business.
then the bus conductor replied to me saying as per the order we need to wait in Hosur Bus stand if we have free seats and top of that the bus stopped for food (only for driver conductor) more than 10 minutes at krishnagiri.
I felt really bad with driver behaviour. He treated the passenger like at work.
Driver does not have responsibility to answer about passenger question's ?
Is there any rule to wait if the bus has free seats ?
what are the benefits to avail SETC ?
