TNSTC — Late departure : implolite response

We have booked bus from Rajapalayam to Chennai on 21st evening 6.30pm, but bus arrived at 6.30pm only, also when asked about delay at the reservation counter and bus conductor, their ‪‪ responses were rude and impolite, need necessary action for this Details Attached below

We have booked bus from Rajapalayam to Chennai on 21st evening 6.30pm, but bus arrived at 6.50pm only, also when asked about the delay at reservation counter and to the bus conductor, their ‪‪responses were rude and impolite, we kindly request you to take this issue seriously. Details Attached below for your reference.
