TNSTC — No Tnstc bus availability, poor consumer care | |||
I was about to start from thiruvannamalai to cuddalore at 8.30 pm on 28/06/15. I saw a bus to chidambaram which can go till panruti and get diverted. I asked that bus conductor who said a bus to cuddalore will come which start at 9pm. I ve waited until 9.30 pm as no cuddalore bus came. So I have to opt for that chidambaram bus which can go till panruti. It started at 9.30 pm and left us at panruti at 11.40 pm. Till then I am waiting for more than 1 hour as no bus to cuddalore from any route came. Usually bus which start from salem to cuddalore will be available during midnight. With that confidence we are waiting. But only 40-50 buses to chennai from tanjore kumbakonam and neyveli came via that route. Those buses wont go to cuddalore. Even if buses to cuddalore from salem start by 8pm, they would have come to panruti. So I contacted the customer care of salem. But they didnt attend the phone. Then via net I have got tnstc complaint no. this forum number. they attended the call and cut it immediately. Why the government is maintaining this tnstc phones? I dont know. pls cut those connections. I will surely go for RTI as I have evidence of calling for those two numbers. also this sunday night is a muhurtham where many marriages take place. I am writing these complaints in full frustration. I ll definetely not leave until I take action... Was this information helpful? | |||
