TNSTC Salem — Cruel behaviour of conductor

I travelled from coimbatore to erode on 19.9.15 around 2.30pm TN 30 N 1328 . I forgot to take one of my bag (bigsofer) while I get down from bus which contains newly purchased items. After I remember about bag I urge to tnstc Salem enquiry center in erode bus stand. At that time bus left the bus stand and the officer told that the bus gone for trip to Salem and may return back by 8.10pm The officer hesitate to contact the conductor and he ask me to wait . I waited and once bus arrived in bus stand I asked the conductor about bag. He replied that he not found any bag inside the bus and he left the place. I doubt about conductor words and I checked inside the bus. My bag was kept in conductor place in front side of bus. Then I asked him about this. He became angry and start to scolding me. I request you to take necessary action and ensure safety of passenger lugage .
