Dear sir/ Mam, Now we are traveling to chennai from Madurai by SETC bus (ultra deluxe)... When I stepped in to the bus, I shocked to see the seats are fully wet, due to heavy rain... This is because o[censored]seless windows... If there is rain during this travel again we all need to face the difficulty...this is not a short travel ..we need to spend whole night in this useless bus with the heavy noises...
