TNSTC — Unable To cancel Bus Tickets in online (after proper browser settings).

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Gangadharan. I booked tickets on 15/07/2015 for 16/07/2015 travel (From Bangalore to Nagercoil). But due to some personal issue I decided to cancel both tickets before 2.30 hours at 3.00pm on 16/07/2015(bus departure time is 5.30pm). But when i logged in SETC portal, there was no option showing about cancellation. I tried several times. But i was not able to cancel below tickets. I request you to cancel tickets and help me to get refund. I know the time is over.But I spent 1164rs. How can I lose that much big amount? It is not my mistake. Network Problem. I expect you to take this matter as serious and do the same. Here the Bus Tickets details: Bangalore to Tirunelveli Bus route no: 887UD. Date: 16/07/2015 Seat Nos: 9, 10.
