I am travelling now[protected] from bangalore to [protected]@ 9:45pm time. I did one mistake when i booked my ticket thru online i was not changed to Electronic city as pickup point I told sorry when i entered in to the bus to conductor... But driver is scolding scolding as he likes i am very much disappointed at that time. I cried too. I dont know which i am asking right or wrong? Please tell me .. if i booked the ticket then i have rights to come r not..its my wish depends up on my time and my avaiability but within from shanthinagar to electronic city the driver sold my ticket... this was right? Please tell me.. Anyway u r not going to return my ticket...then how he sold my place... ok leave this... Actually my seat no was 38. Then he changed my place from 2nd seat to seat no:32... I didnt open my mouth too i followed as he telling. But the seat which he gave no:32 its not at all good... 1. Left side when i am sitting at the window at the point my dress was tared in the iron broken piece in damage place. 2. Next i thought to push back the seat its not working... 3. Then when bus moved seat came down wat i have to do... i have informed to conductor he checked and left the place... Why sir !!! These happened.. We all travelling for more than 8 hours... if it is short time we can adjust think our situation... Not only i complained in the bus too many person complained but u r not taking any action... Take this into a bigger way.. Even I faced the problem which is similar as yours from Bangalore to Chennai. Complaint posted already but they are not replying anything. System auto replying.
Hi.. Do escalate with Human rights with the name who behaved rude.
