Tnvelaivaaippu — Unable to Register Aadhaar Number Already Exists

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to register as a new user on the TN Velaivaaippu portal. However, when I enter my Aadhaar number, the portal displays the error message "Aadhaar Number Already Exists", which prevents me from completing my registration.

I do not recall ever creating an account or registering on the TN Velaivaaippu portal, and I do not have any Employment Registration Number or User ID. Because of this issue, I am unable to access the portal or use its services.

I kindly request you to verify my Aadhaar details in your records and let me know if an account has already been created in my name. If such an account exists, please provide the associated User ID/Registration Number or guide me on how to recover it. If this is due to a duplicate or incorrect record, I request that it be corrected so that I can complete my registration.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest.
