Hi... I had ordered a bluetooth head shet company of level and done the payment through net banking. I got a confirmation mail but it shows the status as processing. Its been 2 days and there is no updates yet. My order id is 3918c48d-39f3-4320-a7bfb23707f07f06. It was told that the product will be delivered within 2 days, but now there are not even updates regsrding the order. I had mailed them 2 time, and there are no replies as well. Kindly deliver me the product at the earliest or refund my money. Please take the requored action before more people fall into these traps.

I haven't ordered any product but I'm keep on getting msgs stating that your order shipment has been dispatched. I tried to contact customer support team but the number is not working. If the product have come I'm not interested to take that pls cancel my order because it was not placed by me.
