Today Live Shoppings — smart watch and bluetooth jogger earphones

I ordered a smart watch from today live online shopping website. When i received the product the watch was dead and not working. I even got complimentary bluetooth earphones which were broken and not working. Now i am trying to call them and they are not responding to my calls. I ordered the item on 3rd of march 2019 and received it on the 6th of march 2019. I want a refund for the products they delivered to me.
