[Resolved]  Togofogo.com / Upr eCommerce — display, touch issue, overheating and battery draining very fast

Dear Team,

We have recived replaced order . But problem also persist in new replacement phone.

Sub Order Number: TO[protected]-1152397

Problems are:-
1. Display and touchs are not working properly(video is attached).
2. Overheating problem.
3. Battery drains very fast.
4. In iphone 5S, we are not able to switch network technology, Only 3G is showing in the place 2G/3G/LTE.(Image are attached)

Its my humble request to you, Please pick up your product & refund My Money.

Hi Togofogo Team, We have already attached images & Video in complaint registration and also in togofogo mail. Apart from that if any information required, Please contanct me because if I am try to contact you, then Togofogo customer support & Team did not respond neither Call nor email. In last Week, I am calling Raju Raj employee from Togofogo, In completed week i have done more than 30 calls than only one or two call is respond, And Answer is MY Company is not responsible if defective product recived, contact to Warranty Bazar. Hi Consumer complaint team, Please help me Regarding the issue.

We have already attached images & Video in complaint registration and also in togofogo mail.
