I have written about this in my complaint above and do not at all disagree with the fact that I had received the FREE item. However, it should have been worth Rs. 80/- and not Rs. 75/-. So, a refund of Rs. 5/- only will help resolve the issue.
Plus, it has been a real source of inconvenience for me in constantly following up multiple times regarding the resolution of the issue. This should not have happened at all in the very first place. You should have agreed to refund the entire amount of Rs. 5/- at the very beginning itself, instead of showing justifications, which, by the way, sounded to be nothing more than lame excuses to me.
That is because I am getting the product directly from you and if I find anything wrong with the products being delivered to me, it is TOKRI's responsibility to have that rectified. Your arguments such as "we are service providers and deliver products as and how we receive them from the company" do not make any sense at all. Please remember that customers, when ordering through TOKRI.COM, pay you directly and not to the product company, and so, TOKRI.COM is absolutely liable and responsible for whatever products they deliver to the customers. I am not going to hold the product company responsible for products for which I have paid directly to TOKRI.COM.

it seems Tokri.com is really not interested in doing business. I am trying to order some stuffs since from last 6 months but still not able to do so. Whenever I am checking out, I am not able to select the any time slot and hence the order is incompleted all the time.
Really pitty.

Thanks for your feedback as discussed over the call which is also in our records that we had offered you to give this refund though the same FREE item was delivered (qty, brand, expiry all in place) only difference is in the price difference of Rs 5. So let me know how you want to resolve this issue still.
