tolexpo.com — Items not received nor paymend refunded

I have placed two orders with TOLEXO.COM, Nos. TOD[protected] & # TOD[protected] on 27.01.2015. Till date I have not received the items nor my payment refunded. I have written several times in this regard. There is no response from TOLEXO.COM.
