I have order Refurbished mobile Oppo A15s (Fancy White, 4GB, 128GB Storage) - silver at ₹1, 799.00 on toonk.shop . I have paid the payment but I have not receive order or not received my payment. I have not received receipt. company has received only payment on online.

I ordered a camera on 20/03/2023, order no. 21993 & two mobiles on 22/03/2023, order no. 26318. But yet I didn’t receive my products. Didn’t' get any information by the company. Is it fake company?
