Toothsi — Cancellation and refund

I placed an order yesterday. Now after going through these much negative reviews I am seriously not willing to take it further.
From today's morning I have been calling them to cancle the emi plan made through bajaj credit card. Total amount is of rs 55000. They are not responding well and now the doctor with whom I consulted and book my plan with also not responding in a manner I want her to be. As she was very supportive yesterday. Also, she's saying now that cancelling policy will be processed in your case with deduction amount 10-15k which is definitely not mentioned yesterday before booking. I contacted the bajaj customer care, they are not able to help me without tooths's cancelling slip. Pls help through this. How to cancel my emi plan pls guide. There must be a way to get out of this fraud. Knowing that I made a huge mistake by falling into this scam I just can not sit in patience. Pls help
