Toothsi — False promises Cheating & money fraud

My sister's treatment is delayed by 2.5+ months & There is no follow-up/proper resolution by toothsi.

I was made assured that my sister's treatment will be closely followed up & Doctors will keep constant track of the treatment & even after that if I am not satisfied - I will get the whole amount back that I have paid for the treatment.
They made me pay 45999/-INR in advance to start the treatment on Nov 28 2022 by Mr. Rohit Pagare . He introduced himself as a senior executive calling Toothsi office Mumbai Maharashtra.
He also promised me that he will look into the treatment progress as and how it goes on & start & personally make sure that the treatment starts as soon as possible, I have not heard from him since the day of payment .

Mr. Rohit Pagare assured me that treatment will be started within 4-5 days ( the initial scan ) . I did not get any call back until 1 week after that .
The scan was scheduled twice & it took 2 weeks to get the scan done . post that Someone called from Toothsi & advised me to get the cleanup(filing) & greening ( making space between the teeth) done from the Dr whose clinic is ~30km away from my residence.
It took another three weeks to deliver the dental kit to my home .
we took the aligners kit to The same Dr again where she informed us that it was faulty & ill-fitting. She raised concerns with the team .
They again took another scan(3rd time from the starting of the treatment) over next 10-15 days & post that they delivered the next kit which was a corrected kit as per their updates .
We again took that kit to the Doctor (~30 km travel from Lohegaon to Baner ) The 2nd kit was also ill-fitting. On top of that they charged me 800 INR for a new kit .
The Dr confirmed upon asking that the kit was wrongly delivered & it doesn't belong to my sister in fact it belongs to somebody else & hence its not fitting correctly.
The Dr asked us to call toothsi & raise a complaint regarding the same.
Since that day I have been calling Toothsi Customer care almost every 2-3 days gap & raising complaints about the same issue .
It has been 1+month, whenever I call toothsi Customer care - I have to recite my issue again & again to different agents/ If I request them to connect me to the same agent that I spoke to last time they dont do that. I have spoken to Uday, Bhagyashree, Aniket and many others till now. I have to tell my issue in detail to a new agent every time, All he/she keeps saying is sorry for the inconvenience & let me arrange a call back !!! The call back from the Dental team Dr Dhwani Parkh's from Dr Priyanka'sTeam is never happening.

1) If I ask them to help me escalate & process cancellation - they say they dont have authority to do so .
2) If I request you to connect me to someone from authority - They dont do that .

On Feb 22 2023, I called team toothsi again in the morning & raised the same issue I even forced insisted out of irritation to talk to any senior personal & then I was connected to Mr. Aniket ( supervisor from customer care support ) When I told him the same issue that for last 1 month I waiting for dental team to contact me He again repeated the same thing that he will arrange the call back within next 2 hours . I waited & waited till 7pm, There was no call back So I called toothsi support again & requested to connect me to Aniket. Agent put me on a long hold & then said he can't connect me to Aniket or any superior; they dont have any right to do so.
When I asked why that was so & kept pushing again & again to connect to someone from authority he said he will connect me to Aniket & disconnected the call.
I again called back & this time Bhagyashree another agent picked the call. I requested her to connect me to either Aniket or the same agent I spoke to earlier. She didn't do that . & kept asking me what the concern is . I again hopelessly repeated the entire story & she responded with the same robotic recorded statement that she will raise the complaint & arrange a call back by 10pm . I did not get the call back this time either .

1) Not even a single authority to talk to to get 1 time resolution
2) They dont follow up even senior executives if the reported issue is resolved for real - it's only attending calls & raising queries.
3)Calls are disconnected in middle of the conversations
4)They dont connect to requested agents even after asking with names

I have called multiple times / I have tried to connect to Rohit Pagare ( NO response) I have sent mails & I have requested for some senior authority to talk to for cancelling the treatment .

I checked the doctor's profile (Dr Dhwani Parikh ) who is supposed to handle my sister's case . She is a 2021 pass out dentist not even having her PG degree & very in-experinced Doctor . I am charged 45999 INR to get My sister treated with such crappy service by an in-experienced Doctor + 3 months delay +Ignorance + Malpracticing + Cheating + low quality customer service .

I am cheated & tremendously unhappy with the service & I would like to go with cancellation of this whole stuff & want the full refund over 3 months of harassment. I have lost the trust & assurance that My sisters treatment is in safe hands. toothsi is working with low quality staff with an unprofessionals, in-experienced team of technicians. It's going to be messy & low quality service as it has been all this time.

I hope my concerns are clear: team toothsi takes necessary actions by escalating this to the right authority.
