I had contacted toothsi in the first week of March...they took a week to respond...then i received the impression kit it another 2 weeks and doc appointment was setup..the doc mentioned that if i need aligners then i have to book it then and there by paying 11k to avail the discount..did not eve give me time to give a second thought..i booked the aligners by paying 11k...since then it is 2 months there is no response..i keep calling their customer care number and every time a different executive speaks and i have to tell the entire story..each person makes fake promises which are never fulfilled...i am travelling abroad in few days and i have to get the aligners done before that so I contacted local Doc..i explained this case to 12 executives of toothsi till date and asked for a refund but no use...this is a big fake company...kindly do not opt for this...i don't know when I will get my money back...ofcourse the money I paid for the kit won't be paid back itseems..but atleast my booking amount must be given back.
