Toothsi — I'm complaining about my refund

I opted for toothsi aligners treatment for a total 41000inr. Initially i did a payment of 11000 as the guy (SRIKANTH didn't told me about their refund policy) who came to me for check up was on hurry and make me FOMO and i paid 11000inr. After few days they exposed me to different plans with prices of 50000inr(1st plan), 75000inr(2nd plan). So i asked them to cancel the plan and refund my TOTAL money, now they saying only 6000 is refundable and 5000 as standard deduction charges (for what 5000rs i never think of it) when i called the customer support they had no idea of their refund policy itself, they kept on saying the same thing to see their see their refund policy, but there is no information available for why 5000is deduction. And the guy SRIKANTH not accepting my calls now. His number is +[protected]
