This complaint is regarding Toothsi aligner product. They provided a free scan and then asked me to verify the card and forcibly created a mandate before any plan was rolled out. On reading reviews and also due to my medical condition, I have requested them for cancellation of order from the same day I have taken the 3D scan that too before the plan was rolled out! The customer support team is now deliberately not picking up calls and wants to delay the process so that they can trick into providing partial refund.
