I paid Rs.11000 one month back for toothsi aligners and i cancelled the subscription as am moving out of town. No update after the payment is done. I am requesting for refund but no proper response
Before visiting for a scan, daily I get multiple calls for appointments. Once the amount was received, no response. Now I try to reach customer care multiple times for a refund, those guys are telling 24- 48 hours every time. Almost a month over, still it's not rectified. Was this information helpful? |
