Toothsi — Toothsi Refund and cancellation from toothsi

I gave them 11 k through paytm and rest amount 40 k by debit card e mandate. Now I'm requesting them to give back my amount and cancel the toothsi plan. they are saying they will give me back but no response. It's been long time I'm requesting them to refund my amount but I'm not getting it. I'm literally in need of my amount. Could you please provide my amount back. I'm begging in front of them on daily basis please give back my amount. But no response. Please someone help me...
