Dear Sir,
I am working in Tophill Pharma Ltd Kashipur as a business development executive for more than six months.
I am depressed and very tensed about happening some unwanted, unacceptable circumstances in the workplace Tophill Pharma Ltd Kashipur.
Last December the director of the company (Mr. G. K. Chaudhry [protected]) behaved indecently with me, Then I submitted my resignation to the director of the company. After that I got a call from the director of the company and he assured that this will not happen in future. Then a major decision was taken that I will not go to office and will work from home on 75% payroll.
Earlier I used to have misbehavior but now I am being manipulated.
In January, My clients are being snatched through Mr. Azhar under and as per the guidance of Mr G. K. Chaudhry.
The director told me that I should work from home but my coworker Mr Azhar is threatening me and forcibly asking me to quit.
They say that if you want to do a job, then come to the office or else don't work.
My last month's salary has not been given to me yet.
I am working here and they are snatching from the office.
I am trying to call Mr G. K. Chaudhry from 11th Jan but they are not responding.
Even after taking the decision together with the director, the victim is being harassed.
