Me and my wife were in Goa where we got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company in April, 2022.

We were coming out of KFC, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, they have given us two coupon from different pocket and told company is giving free vacation on their anniversary.

We got caught in his trap...

I was caught by scam from Toplite Holidays Pvt Ltd. We went for vacation to goa and one person reached us with scratch coupon and ask that we may get a free gift and you have to listen to our offer once. We agreed and visited NEELAM GRAND HOTEL Mrs Pratyusha was the person who cheated us.[protected] We want our money back... We (In the name of my Wife) have entered into a contact with Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. on December 22, 2021. They assured us through contarct of providing Hotel rooms 7 days a year for 10 years. My Membership ID - TPAN221221/068.

For booking of Hotel in the year 2023, I tried contacting toplite holidays pvt.ltd. through customer care no. [protected] on 18 November, 2023, Saturday at 2:30 PM twice but no response was received....

We were caught by a guy when me and my husband had gone for a trip to goa and he explained about the toplite company anniversary event and hence we received a coupon where he said that I won a coupon and they took us to Hotel Neelam grands where they explained about the life term membership policy and we decided to opt for it. We made a payment of rupees 1, 86, 000 and they gave us the bond however did not sent us the welcome kit for 2 years....

I am unable to establish contact for bookings even the email has bounced, they are not answering the calls I have ended up paying 1.2 lakhs .
Need immediate addressal....

I had purchased a holiday plan with them. But when ever we tried to avail the package they neither pick the phone nor respond to the mails. I feel that they are fraud. It's very harassing and continued over a year. Don't know what to do....

We have taken subscription with alternative years 80000 on April 2022 and later discovered that the company is nothing but fraud. I’m not getting any response from Toplite They not responding for calls and emails are getting delivered.

I have purchased a subscription worth INR 70000 on 08 March 2022 and later discovered that the company is nothing but fraud. I purchase a holiday membership from Toplite holidays in August 2022.
After one year when I planned to avail a holiday as per my entitlement in Aug23.
On website I tried to apply via online form, but no responce. I have mailed the requirement, but the mails bounced back citing Mail does not exists. I tried to contact on phone they says some IT issue. Isuue not resolved even after 15 days.

I was brainwashed by one if the Toplite member Salman during our trip to Andamans. They promised somany holiday options but now when we want to book there is no response for over a month. There is only one number shared and that's switched off most of the time. I would like to make others aware that this team is a big Fraud and never trust any thing they say. I have invested a good amount in this and need to get out of this....
