Topsline Life Response Service Pvt Ltd — Inefficient working

We called topsline to help us unlock our bathroom door as a family member had got stuck inside. Topsline confirmed with us on call that they would send a person from their end along with another person who deals with keys and unlocking locks and we agreed to pay for it.
But after 15mins a person comes from your end without the key expert.

Is this the way you deal with emergency situations? If you can't arrange a person and you think this is not part of your work then why did you say you would send someone to help when we called? After wasting so much time on call to ask our details who we are, but eventually not being efficient to deal.

Also, while we subscribe for this you make big promises that we know how deal with emergency we would help etc etc
After this incident on 1st Oct 2015, I don't think you are able to keep the big promises you make.
