Torrent Power — Excess amount deducted in the bill

Torrent consumer number : 259704.
Torrent is deducting Rs 689 in each bill for the Ujala fan and tubelights. I never purchased those item on EMI. I paid cash and have proof of that.
I have sent them proof of forged document of that agency. But still torrent has is dedcting Rs 689 in each bill.
Pl act on my request and help me to get back this amount.
