This is in reference to the subject matter. The undersigned Mr SK SHARMA wants to register a complaint that we are getting an excess bill for above service number. I request you to kindly arrange to check the Meter for the same. Yesterday I received an SMS that my next bill due amount is Rs 500 & it was shocking. Last bill also 520/- But we are using two fans & tubelight, if you will check our old bill, those one near abt 160 to 250/ but in last two months bill increased near than 250 to 300% so why bill increases gradually. We only ask why we pay a higher amount of bill if we are not using more.
