Torrent Power — Fraudulent ECS deduction

I had torrent power connection in old house which I Sold 1 year ago. I also stop ECS 1 year ago, i also got confirmatory mail from torrent for ECS stop. after 1 year, 1360 rs deduction did from my bank account in name of torrent power. this is fraud from torrent power. I want my money back as soon as possible. otherwise I complain to consumer forum.
