Torrent Power — Inappropriate Bill for July

Hi Team,

Frankly I am not at all happy with the service I am getting with Torrent, Customer Care Number for Mumbra ([protected] and [protected]) are always busy not matter at what we call them.

When we go to Torrent Office at Bharat Gear Mumbra there are line and no one bother to answer are queries properly.

The Bill for service number "[protected]" for July 2021 is came with an amount if "5040" and its showing bill for the Months 3.3 that is from From 6 April to 6 July 2021.

Now my Concern is I have already paid Bill for April and May 2021, So why it is showing over all bill for 3.3 Months Including April and May which I had already paid.

Below is the message I have received for for the Month of May Bill and Attached are the Receipts for April and May and Bill for July Month.

I want my proper bill for June and July Months only. I will not pay any extra amount.
