Torrent Power — Meter Shifting Is being delayed for another month

We have submitted the application for meter shifting and paid the amount we were told that it will be resolved within a month and now they are saying it will take another month, we are facing issue due to this as we waited for a month and due to this we are facing many problems including not able to shift to the new house

Updated by laveshkatariya We were told that they will resolve this by 7th August 2021 but still haven't received any confirmation, because of this we are unable to shift to new home and we have to pay additional rent just because they failed to deliver what they said to be completed within a month and it's been almost one and half month now.
Calling them today then said it will now be fixed in next week losing all trust in their service.
