Dear Sir, I Bought laptop through flipkart on 4-Oct 2014, now i am facing problem with dvd drive not recognising dvd and laptop battery not getting charged. I saw the warranty details but it shows my warranty support expires and says that the product is boought in september. Kindly let me know how to get this resolved.
