I have order the produt on 7 jan 2023, and made payment through my credit card they did not ship my product so i cancel my order, after that i did not get any update of refund so i try to contact them but they are not reposnding on call or not on mail, after that i made a complaine on consumer care, because of the complain they process my refund to there website wallet, that wallet amount can not be used so i try to withraw that ammount in my bank account but the amount is not transferred to my account but remove from the wallet that wallet is just showing amount there is no use of that wallet amount, when ever i get connect through them they just told to wait for few days again and again. I want my refund to my bank acoount not on there website wallet. I have a request to help me to get refund of my hard earn money in to my bank acoount not on other place.
