I have ordered an item through their website https://www.touchlcdhouse.com/ I made the payment online and I supposed to receive the item in another week. But they have not dispatched the item, hence I requested for refund through email. They responded and told they will process the refund. But after that there is no response from the company. tried calling their toll free number, but no one pick up the call.

Updated by renikuttan I have placed the order on 25/06/2022, online payment of Rs.807.00 with transaction ID "20220625111212800110168324462178531". I have informed them through email on that I haven't received the product 26/07/2022, they replied back on 27/07/2022 saying refund will process within 24 to 72 hours, and I will get my refund in 5 to 7 days. After that there is no responds from them.
