Tpcodl — Electricity power cut with out information to customer

Dear Sir,
I am Janamejaya Behera, Consumer No-103S04677783.
Flat-408, A-Block, Phase-3, Metro Satelite City, Hanspal, Bhubaneswar, Odisha,

I am using electricity supply form Tata Power Central Odisha Distribution Limited. I have paid all bill and I have no due till date, even I paid all bill before due date every time.
But today 26-Jul-22 @ 18:30hrs, TPCODL person cut my electricity without informing us or any intimation to us.

Currently I have no power in my house, this is very poor and bad response from TPCODL customer care. I call to their customer care but there is no one came to fix the issue.

Worst service from TPCODL.

Please take action on him.
