[Resolved]  Tpg India — Not replying to mails after taking the money

The following was the mail I received on Apr 8 from the founder of the company TPG: Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have been experiencing in respect to your refund.Though you deserve the very best, unfortunately, we did not meet your need as well as our own recruitment expectations due to reasons unfathomable. We are deeply moved and we are trying our level best to refund your pending amount.Though we were low for a while, we are on the move to get back the glorious past of this organization, which had paved the way for of hundreds of educators .We request you to help us/allow us to subsist once again.I humbly propose to make a payment of RS 25, 000 every week starting from the 17th of April 2014.We deeply value your relationship with the company, we understand your frustration and we have taken steps to ensure that the commitment will be honored.Kindly acknowledge our e mail.Your co operation is solicitedS.MohanFounder PresidentTPG India #601-Divya Shakti ComplexAmeerpet -Hyderabad -500016Andhra Pradesh-IndiaPh.No[protected] / 44Fax[protected][protected]@tpgindia.comwww.tpgindia.com But still no positive action have been taken. Also no reply to my mails. Today is the 15 th day I've reminded the Founder. But he keeps silent.
