Tpsl Education — I'm complaining about payment issue

I have applied for mca distance education on[protected].moreover successfully made payment via upi(rs.18.685). Received confirmation from bank side not from university.. Whenever, I logged in. It still shows to make payment. I'm afraid I lost my money. Please resolve this issue as prior
