I am muhsin TK of mundayodu, kalaroad, mattanur, Kannur-dist. My indane LPG consumer No. Is 13481 and my gas agency is TR Gas, Mattannur. On booking, the delivery of a refill cylinder from this agency doesn’t happen the way it is supposed to be done as per the company guidelines. Casual reply to a query call is “ load not arrived from plant”, “will issue when next trip is planned to your area” etc . Once in Three to Four months, Have made hundreds of calls, 4 personal visit and still the refill is not provided. Was this information helpful? |
