This is to inform you that your customer care department is not up the mark. Today i had a issue regarding renewal please not that i had taken membership of just dial in the month of february 2019 for one year under your invoice no kl029rc80104303. Regret to note that my membership is only up to december 2019 instead of february 2020.in this way you people have crated me by providing wrong information to the customer for the sake of your business.
Please also note that your daily customer leads is only one per day that means customers surcharging ratio is very low when com paired to other operators. This facts where informed to your customer care staff mrs dhanya and in turn she answered to me that if you want you continue or leave it is your staff has been trained in this way to talk to the customer. I request the management to ask mrs dhanya not call me in future
Sir it hearted me a lot when i spend money for my business i have all the right to ask questions why business is not comming to us.
