I bought the tracker from the showroom of SIkka Hyundai mayapuri, got t installed before the delivery of vehicle in may 2019 @10000INR.
Now in July 2019 the tracker stopped working & it was rectified. Had series of tracker related problems & they were addressed by calling accessory manager in Hyundai as track n tell jack ### were not responding.
Now in year mid of 2020 my faulty tracker wAs replaced FOC but after many calls, follow ups etc.
in DEC 2021 again it stopped working & had issue with showing location.
meanwhile in between there has been many random calls in midnight at 2 or 3 or 4 am in might stating tracker deactivated. my tracker is again stopped working since 23 august 2022. series of reminders given complaints raised they are not ready to listen stating they do ot have service in Ahmedabad. by virtue of my work if i travel then it has to be addressed Pan India.
Now they say that if its faulty they will charge 1800++ and will replace a REFURBISHED PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE TO ME.
THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO TRAVEL 250 KM FROM AHMEDABAD TO SURAT TO GET THIS TRACKER ISSUE ADDRESSES.
